Everything here was excellent, and the weather was warm sunny, loved it. Had a delicious breakfast, an elegant room with a lovely view of the beach. We had 6 nice sunny days here, would recommend the place.

The continental and savoury breakfast was excellent.

Very good staff and rooms, we loved this small hotel. The rooms were gorgeous with a bath on the balcony.

Amazing base for exploring Tulum. We liked this place, it has perfect location and food. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

The staff was fairly friendly and the location was best possible - altogether a such great experience. Lovely room, exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Bars and restaurants were walk from the place.

Little hotel, air conditioned rooms, stunning area.

The overall features were first-class. Lots of food at breakfast like fresh fruit and meats. The hotel has ideal location really close to - the beach and many good restaurants.

We had a fine time. The hotel was spotless, staff and food were amazing! The bedroom was large, loved it.

The breakfast was rich and offered lots of options. Garden areas were beautiful and staff was fine. Hotel was overall clean, being adjacent to the beach. It was good to have refreshing drinks in the poolside bar.

The hotel was small and the location was perfect very close to the sea and restaurant and the beach. We appreciated attentive staff.

This absolutely charming hotel was spotless. The room was well cleaned, the bed was large. The venue had an efficient business location. Sushi bar was fantastic! Service was friendly as the staff was incredibly nice. The continental breakfast was the reason I would definitely return here.

The breakfast was varied, outstanding service, always courteous staff. Room was well-organised and well laid out. Spotless hotel with a super central location. Also, ziggys was max 25 minutes walk to.

The views were quite bad.

genuine hotel, lovely romantic rooms, the staff was affable. the staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. and it also had spectacular view. the property had an oceanfront position. the food in the restaurant was really good and the restaurant was stunning.

The area was not welcoming.

Amazing beds and Wi-Fi, terrace and climate control. The continental breakfast is tasty with plenty of meals. Central downtown location to Arco Maya. The beach is wonderful and the views are incredibly beautiful.

The breakfast was complimentary with lots of options and the room was air conditioning. We loved breakfast that was included. Best bkfast staff who helped us a lot.

We had a quite comfortable stay in a long time. Top location, very very helpful staff, well appointed room. Clean enough and TRENDY BOUTIQUE hotel in Zona Hotelera district. Very spacious suite and extra comfy bed.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. We truly enjoyed everything about it, its staff and the food. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Maresias that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Bed was comfortable, esp for those with a bad back.

The street itself was noisy.

Restaurant sa tuna is located within 100 feet from the hotel. Having a terrace was like a dream. We enjoyed staying at the property. Location was within 15 min walking distance to Nueva vida.
